Centers and Programs

The daycare system, educational programs, afternoon programs and short-term residential programs deal with promoting and nurturing content for people as individuals, and its role is to offer a tailored response to each individual based on the program built for them to help them realize their abilities, talents and self-fulfillment in a variety of areas, to impart independence and active and rich life skills.

Daycare and Integration Assistants

Regular Integrated Daycare

Intended for children requiring developmental enrichment therapy. The daycare center provides therapy and education for the enrichment of toddlers with disabilities.

The service requires the financial participation of the customer.

The service is provided by contacting specializing rehabilitation stations in the regional offices.

 

Rehabilitative Daycare

Intended for toddlers with various disabilities from the ages of six months to three years.

Integration is done after an evaluation committee matches the child with the daycare center that best suits their needs.

Daycare eligibility is for toddlers receiving a disabled child allowance or based on Ministry of Health approval.

The service requires the customer’s financial participation.

Parents who wish to enroll their child in a daycare center should contact the rehabilitation center social worker.

Afternoon Programs, After-School Child Care and Tutors

Those known to the Autism Unit are entitled to choose between joining an after-school child care program or having a private tutor.

The service requires the financial participation of the parents.

The service is provided by contacting specializing rehabilitation stations in the regional offices.

Young Children Programs

  • Integration program at daycare center, From Risk to Chance Program – a regular daycare center integrating children with disabilities who need enrichment therapy and paramedical therapy from a developmental and functional aspect.
  • Alternative to rehabilitative daycare – provided in cases in which the children require complex medical solutions, which is given in the child’s home.
  • Afternoon therapeutic programs for children aged three to six (subject to eligibility).
