Payment of fees and levies

According to the Planning and Construction Law, a fee is charged which is determined and updated by the Ministry of the Interior. At the same time, the various bodies whose approval or input is required as part of the permit issuance process are authorized to collect their own handling fees. 

The fee calculator will help you calculate the fee amounts you will need to pay for building permits, based on the different types of permits. The calculations are made according to the building permit fee rates as set forth in the third Appendix of the Planning and Construction Regulations.
