Application for Tama 38
NAP 38 is the national master plan for strengthening existing structures against earthquakes.
Its purpose is to encourage the strengthening of existing buildings through building additions, while making the addition conditional on strengthening the entire structure. With the help of NAP 38, buildings are strengthened while preserving unique textures in the city and improving the appearance of the buildings. Construction is by force, and does not require the preparation of detailed plans. At the same time, the NPA gives the local committee discretion and reserves the right to determine these building additions to approve each building and even refuse to grant a building permit involving additional rights, for planning, architectural, landscape, infrastructure capacity and the like.
The application will be examined in accordance with Plan 10038, the neighborhood planning policy, the Planning and Building Law and the Planning and Building Regulations.
Coordination of the meeting with the engineering consultant will be done after receiving a referral from the relevant referent in the City Planning Department in the City Planning Division.
