Opening a plan file

The Computerized Programs Control Department will review the revised program documents and detail comments regarding them, if any.

If all goes well, the regional architect in the city planning department will coordinate the comments and write the city engineer’s opinion for submitting the plan to the local planning and building committee.

Discussion in the local committee for deposit, issuance of minutes and dissemination of decisions

The local committee will make one of three decisions

  1. Deposit of the plan - means the plan is proper and agreed by the committee members.
  2. Depositing the plan under conditions - means that the architect of the plan will have to correct the faults in the plan that the committee has pointed out and only then will it be possible to continue the process.
  3. Rejection of the plan - the plan is rejected and does not continue in the process.

The committee coordinator in the city planning department, will write and produce the minutes of the local committee and send the decisions by registered mail to the plan developer / plan architect / landowner, in accordance with the details provided when the case was opened. Providing guidelines for amending the plan based on the decisions of the local committee and / or transferring it for discussion to the district committee

The plan architect can receive instructions on how to repair the plan based on the decisions of the local committee, the plan editor in the plan control department. If the local committee required to issue an opinion from a professional, or required to change the construction format significantly, the plan architect will receive a letter The steps he must take to continue treatment. Review of the program
