An improvement levy is a tax applicable to owners who are required to pay it as part of the conditions for obtaining a certificate of absence of debts and a request to transfer the registration of rights from seller to buyer. Examination of the liability for the improvement levy is done as part of the department's handling of an application for a certificate of absence of debts, which must be submitted to the Assessment and Collection Division.

Procedure for issuing a building permit

Under the conditions of the permit, a liability check is required for the improvement levy and the payment is regulated as a condition for the issuance of the permit. Preparing the building portfolio already at the desk stage and submitting the attachments for the improvement levy can save valuable time.

Registration / amendment of a joint house order

The registration in the register of condominiums "Taboo" allows registration at the apartment level "Block of a sub-plot", unlike registration in the register of rights, where the registration according to "Block of a plot". Registration of a repair of a "common house" and sometimes registration of a "common house" require the approval of the local committee for the requested form for registration and receipt of approval of the absence of debts.
