Eligibility for a Parking – anyone living (residence only) in a place designated as a regulated parking area that has no private parking space in the yard of their home.
Eligible persons may receive area parking permits after submitting a vehicle license, identity card, and any other document required to prove ownership of the vehicle and residential address.
In cases where an area parking permit applicant owns additional properties in other areas of the city or country, the applicant must prove they reside in the regulated area and that it represents their and their family's "center of life". The Parking Management Department will carry out a check prior to the issuance of the parking permit. Please note that a change in the Population Registry or presentation of additional documentation is not necessary for the issuance of an area parking permit.
"Center of life" – a person's primary place of residence; the place of residence of the person's family; the place where the person usually does their shopping; the place where they are involved in the community; where their children are educated; where their spouse is, etc.
