"Paths to Success" (Affikei HaTzlacha)

"Paths to Success" program - is an employment path designed to help job seekers, entrepreneurs and business owners integrate into work, develop their employment status, and establish or develop an existing business.

Through these programs, participants acquire practical tools for successful integration into employment or in the field of entrepreneurial development, taking into account the unique needs of the participants in order to bring the individual into rapid integration into jobs in Jerusalem.

Among the diverse population who receive a response within the employment path, East Jerusalem residents, immigrants, job seekers at age 40-60, ultra-orthodox women, Ethiopian immigrants and more can be appointed.
