The “Afikei Hatzlachah” program, led by the city’s Mayor, offers an innovative social model for reducing the extent of poverty in Jerusalem in the various sectors. It works to do so by fortifying economic strength and raising the level of income of families, individuals, and youth in Jerusalem through a dedicated and comprehensive road map.
