Accessible accommodations for a student studying in the education system
Children or parents with disabilities (defined by the Equal Rights for People with Disabilities Act) have the right to make accessible accommodations for them in the educational institution.
Accessing the education system according to the needs of a student or parent with a disability allows the student to exercise his or her right to education and equality, and allows a parent with a disability to take part in their children's learning experiences. The law and regulations require authorities and owners to make educational institutions and educational services accessible to students with disabilities and parents with disabilities.
