What is a Tzaharon
Afternoon care staff receive monthly activity pamphlets on a specific subject and receive training throughout the year. The program is guided and implemented throughout the year by the coordinators and the pedagogical supervisor from the "Good Afternoon" network, run by the Association of Community Centers, who have developed the program and aid staff in its implementation in the facilities.

Communication with Parents
As part of the desire to continually improve the program, this year the city's parents will be updated regularly on the material studied in the afternoon program. Communication with the parents will be through a monthly information sheet detailing the subject learned, the activities taking place in the facilities and future events. The information sheet will be sent to parents by email and will also be posted on the afternoon care facility bulletin boards. To the top
Each afternoon care facility is staffed by a counselor and an assistant. Afternoon program staff and morning staff will hold introductory and coordination meetings at the beginning of the school year. Afternoon program staff are accompanied by a professional staff that includes the Coordinator for Early Childhood in the Community Administration, the program community coordinator, an educational counselor, a pedagogical supervisor and the morning supervising teams. Together they provide the staff with professional support and a guidance network. To the top
