Early childhood is a critical stage in the development of children and thus, it is important to consider it in an organized and structured manner. Since its establishment in 2014, the Early Childhood Department has been working to address changing needs in a variety of ways.
Among the objectives of the department are developing programs and services, building up an up-to-date database for the use of families and professionals, and creating community social networks where parents of children aged newborn to three can receive answers to their questions. The Department is also working to expand the supply of educational frameworks for toddlers, with an emphasis on professional quality management of the network of Family daycare centers operating in the city.
