Notice of Updated Regulated Parking Fees in Jerusalem
Pursuant to the Jerusalem By-Law (Car Parking), (Temporary Order), 2019
The following are the parking rates as of 01/01/2020:
A. Hourly parking rate - NIS 6.30
Parking rate in all-day parking lots - NIS 18.90
B. Jerusalem resident – Subject to registration using the online form to receive the discount - click here
The discount is intended for the registered or joint owners of a vehicle belonging to a resident whose place of residence is Jerusalem (whose address as registered with the Interior Ministry is within the Jerusalem city limits). The discount will only be granted to those paying with cellular parking methods – Pango or Cellopark. The Pango or Cellopark applications must be activated when parking begins.
Jerusalem residents are entitled to a cumulative 60 minutes of free parking. Parking beyond 60 minutes will require payment of NIS 5.80 per hour.
Parking rate in all-day parking lots - NIS 17.40
C. Yerushalmi Card – NIS 5 per hour starting from the first minute, (discounted 20% from the NIS 6.30 hourly rate)
Parking rate in all-day parking lots - NIS 15
D. Each benefit is separate, and residents may receive double discounts if they have registered for both benefits:
Residents registering for both benefits will enjoy the Jerusalem resident hour of parking and, starting from the 61st minute, will also be entitled to receive a NIS 0.5 discount from the hourly rate, i.e.: NIS 4.60 per hour.
Parking rate in all-day parking lots - NIS 13.90
E. Mount Scopus Campus – Daily parking rate is NIS 15. The hourly parking rate for students will be NIS 3.

- Hourly parking rate - NIS 6.30
- Parking rate in all-day parking lots - NIS 18.90
- Mount Scopus Campus area NIS 3 per hour and daily rate of NIS 15.00
