Traffic and Parking Arrangements for the Jerusalem March

In the framework of the event, changes will be made to traffic and parking arrangements throughout the city

Traffic Arrangements 

On Wednesday, October 4, from 13:30 to 18:00, the following streets will be closed to vehicular traffic (including those with a disabled permit/regional parking permit/ two-wheeled vehicles):

Ben Zvi (from Agripas to the Rupin intersection), Rabin Boulevard, Bezalel, Ben Yehuda, Shmuel Hanagid, Be'eri, King George, Agron, Hillel, Ben Sira, King David, David Remez (traffic disruptions are expected on the adjacent streets).


Parking Arrangements 

From Tuesday, October 3, at 18:00 until Wednesday, October 4, at 18:00, parking will be completely prohibited on the following strees : Ben Zvi Boulevard, Hillel, Ben Sira, King David.

Please note:

Vehicles parked along the route of the march that constitute a disruption will be towed to Independence Park or another municipal lot under the Municipality's responsibility.

The Israel Police, the 106 Hotline, and the Enforcement Division's Command and Control Center will be notified of the towing of any vehicles.

Alternative Parking Areas

For Ben Zvi Boulevard – inner alleys of the Nachlaot neighborhood
For Bezalel – inner Mahane Yehuda Market alleys, inner Nachlaot alleys.
For Be'eri – Shmuel Hanagid, Aliash, HaMa'alot, Mordechai Narkis streets
For Hillel – Rabbi Akiva, HaHistadrut, Shamai, Mevo HaMatmid, Menashe Ben Israel streets
For Ben Sira – Shlomtzion Hamalka, HaSorag, Rivlin streets
For King Solomon – Koresh, Yanai, Shoshan, Uzi Khason streets.
For King David – Moshe Hess, Washington, Emile Botta, Admoni, Eliyahu Shama streets
For David Remez – Liberty Bell Park parking lot


Public Transportation

There will be changes in the public transportation lines passing along the blocked routes and the streets leading to them.
Service will not be available on Bezalel, Ben Zvi, King George, Aliash, King David, Kariv, King Solomon, Agron, David Remez and Keren HaYesod streets.
Service will be diverted to Agripas, HaNevi'im, Shivtei Israel, Kikar Tzahal Tunnel, Hebron Road, Rabin Boulevard and Heikhal HaMishpat streets.

The starting point, Safra Square, can be reached by light rail.

At the end of the event, reinforced teams from the Sanitation Department's cleaning services will clean all the streets.
Drivers are requested to obey the instructions of police officers and event staff along the march route.
