Municipal libraries are open in the morning
Sunday, Monday, Wednesday and Thursday from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Tuesday, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
On the occasion of the summer holidays, the libraries, which are operated by the culture and arts department, are now open to the public even in the morning.
From Sunday July 11 until the end of summer vacation, Tuesday August 31.
The objective of is to create an alternative to the use of free time during the summer holidays and allow young people to open up to the world of reading.
The libraries that will open in the morning: Pisgat Ze'ev, Ramot, Katamon, Gilo, Kiryat Yovel, The Children's Library of Beit Ha'am and the Central Library in the east of the city.
In addition, the municipality organizes dozens of events in the different libraries for all audiences - young people, children, families and adults.
