Avi Levy from 'Hamotzi', Uri Navon and Asaf Sri from 'Machneyuda', Moshe Besson from 'Eucalyptus' , Dini Kasorla from 'Dwiny Pita Bar', a chef from 'Maadanei Zedekiahou' and many others will demonstrate the best dishes in a personalized workshop.

The Municipality of Jerusalem in collaboration with Onlife has set up a dedicated website, the first of its kind in Israel, where you can learn, step by step, how to prepare the best dishes, with the best tips and the stories behind each dish.

You can purchase the workshops at a nominal cost, and the payment is transferred directly to the restaurants themselves as part of the Jerusalem Food and Business Incentive Program.

Jerusalem, apart from being the capital of Israel, is also a leading culinary capital. The best chefs enhance the city every day with a variety of flavors, styles and scents.

The Jerusalem Municipality has started promoting a number of projects that have helped business owners, including restaurants across the city. Recently, the municipality launched the "Jerusalem Tasting" project, which aims to generate income in a different way for restaurateurs.
Some 50 renowned restaurants from across the city have chosen to participate and show videos on the dedicated website.

The site is open to the public, and the videos can be purchased at a nominal cost of NIS 10. All the benefits of the project will be transferred directly to the restaurateurs. The videos are sent in a file by e-mail.

Mayor Moshe Leon: "The Jerusalem Municipality has found another way to help business owners in a unique way and thus strengthen the city's status not only as the capital of Israel, but also as a it is the culinary capital of Israel. I am excited about the project and I am sure I will watch the videos ".

Hadas Goldstein, CEO and Founder of Onlife: “Jerusalem Tasting is an initiative that views Jerusalem's restaurateurs and cooks as an asset to the city that proudly leads the Israeli food scene.
