Course Plan:

  • Proper handling of food
  • Proper sanitation conditions in the dining room
  •  Kitchen maintenance
  • Handling of kitchen tools and equipment
  • A variety of other topics
  • 5 weekly sessions
  • Receiving a certificate on behalf of Ministry of Health

Course Cost:

NIS 200 instead of NIS 2200 (Balance funded by the Jerusalem Municipality)
