Changes in office hours of Assessment, Collection and Signage Division
There will be no office hours or telephone answering services at the division from February 5 to 26
The Municipality of Jerusalem is performing a major system upgrade with a goal of updating the various systems and boosting the efficiency of the services it provides to residents and businesses in the city.
There will be no office hours or call answering services from February 5 to 26 at the Assessment, Collection and Signage Division.
During this period, it will be possible to submit online request forms that will be processed after the new system goes online.
The online services in those fields will continue to be available on the municipal website.
Also, due to the closure, 30-day extensions have been given for submission of property tax-related requests by residents, and for the sending of replies by the Municipality regarding those requests.
