Court for Local Affairs
The court judges offenses in the area of criminal law: the Planning and Building Law, the Business Licensing Law, municipal bylaws, offenses against the laws of the State, arbitration, and the various requests submitted about the aforementioned matters.
The Court for Local Affairs is part of the Magistrates Court system.
Its justices are Magistrate Justices.
The Court Secretariat is responsible for conducting the administrative system of the court, such as: opening court records, setting trial dates, inviting defendants and witnesses, issuing indictments to defendants who did not attend the hearings, entering decisions of judges and judgments in the computer system, printing out payment vouchers, and more.
The Court Secretariat is guided professionally by the Court Administration.
