Online sign application form

Please ensure you attach the following documents to the application (an application to which the required documents are not attached will not be considered):

  • A photo of the desired location for placement of the sign, with the sign marked
  • A diagram of the sign
  • Consent of the property owner(s)
  • Approval letter from a construction engineer / engineer / Engineering Division – as required
  • Approval letter from electrical inspector
  • Please note – files of up to 500k can be attached to the online form
