​Declaration of Commitment to Improve the Quality of Service at the Municipality

 

​We, the employees of the Jerusalem Municipality, the Administrative Team, Management and the Mayor hereby declare and undertake to promote the quality of life and service in the City of Jerusalem.

 

 

  • We undertake to maintain the vision of the Municipality, by which Jerusalem will be the leading Local Authority in Israel in providing quality service to the resident, adopting a policy of continuous improvement.
  • We undertake to provide professional service adapted to the expectations of the residents, pursuant to the measureable performance standards that will be published in this document.
  • We undertake to provide reliable and efficient service in a pleasant and advanced technological work environment.
  • We undertake to treat people respectfully, courteously, with maximum consideration while strictly ensuring the rights of the resident.   
  • We undertake to provide comprehensive, up to date information regarding the services that are within the ambit of responsibility of the Municipality.   
  • We undertake to implement norms of resident oriented service amongst the employees of the Municipality.   
  • We undertake to operate an ongoing control and gauging system to measure the quality of service.
