The Finance Minister's refusal to provide the necessary budget for Jerusalem requires an emergency plan: 2,150 will be fired

Kahlon's refusal to recognize the special needs of the capital and to address the city's budgetary deprivation has obligated us, at the beginning of the year, to present an emergency plan for the city: preparing to lay off 2,150 employees and a deep cut in municipal services in 2018.

Mayor Barkat to Minister Kahlon: "You, Moshe Kahlon, will bear the direct responsibility for the fate of hundreds of Jerusalem families who will lose their livelihood. You are personally responsible for hurting the quality of life and well-being of Jerusalem's 900,000 residents."
