The Quality of Service Authority initiated a new service for municipal customers who do not speak the Hebrew language.
When a resident/client who is not fluent in Hebrew arrives, they will be able to contact by phone interpreters who are available to assist with translation during the hours of service.
The service is available in English, Arabic, Amharic, Russian, French and Yiddish.
The service is available for all municipal services, including all external units (child development centers, welfare offices, centers, schools, etc.).
