For the attention of the Event Manager/Producer:
This instruction page contains the general information for any event manager/producer who is applying for a license to hold an open air event.
Its purpose is to shorten the license issuance process and to prevent unnecessary delays and complications. For clarification, note that each application will be reviewed, based on its own particular circumstances, and changes may be made to this procedure, depending on the nature of the event in question.
A one-time open air event is a multi participant ''public entertainment'' event, held in an open or closed space which does not hold a valid business license (for example, events held in parks, boardwalks, city streets and squares, halls and other closed places which have not been designated for this purpose).
A public event requires a business license, but the procedure for receiving a license of this type is different than the usual, since preparations for such an event are made at short notice and more quickly.
